Dear Customer, A.T. RENT S.A. of C.V. (Hereinafter “Hotel Punto MX”), whose offices are located at República de Uruguay No.47 Col. Centro, C.P. 06020 CDMX, Mexico; we respect your privacy and therefore we are committed to protecting and keeping confidential the information obtained from you.
We refer to all the information of natural persons related to your Company and/or Person (hereinafter "Personal Data"), which for any reason is in the possession of Hotel Punto MX.
Regarding the above, we inform you that the information that Hotel Punto MX needs, and that comes mostly from your Company and/or Person, is oriented to the provision of the service(s) object of Hotel Punto MX, as well as to provide you with better care and to be able to comply with the laws and policies that govern the functions and activities of the hotel.
By virtue of the foregoing, Hotel Punto MX may share Personal Data with other subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related entities, service providers that Hotel Punto MX has contracted and/or third parties that it deems necessary for the conducting business activities.
The parties mentioned in the previous paragraph will only receive the Personal Data that is required to carry out their activities and may only use the Personal Data to offer services on behalf of Hotel Punto MX and to comply with any applicable legal requirement.
In addition to the aforementioned cases, Hotel Punto MX may disclose Personal Data:

if required by law or legal process,
before the competent authorities or government authorities, upon their request and/or
when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or economic loss.

Both for the privacy practices of Hotel Punto MX, as well as for what is established in the applicable current laws, the hotel's databases are duly protected and safeguarded to avoid loss, incorrect use or unauthorized access, publications, modifications or destruction of the Personal Data that has been provided to us; ensuring at all times the protection of Personal Data, avoiding damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or treatment.
Your Company must be responsible for sending this Notice to the individuals related to it.
Hotel Punto MX assumes that:

Your Company complies with the obligations established in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties through internal policies;
That the Personal Data provided by your Company I Person are pertinent, clear, correct and up-to-date for the purposes for which they were collected and;
That your Company is empowered to provide Hotel Punto MX

Individuals related to your Company may at any time:
Access the Personal Data held by Hotel Punto MX

Rectify them when they are inaccurate or incomplete, inadequate or excessive, as long as it is not impossible or requires disproportionate efforts.
Oppose the processing of Personal Data for legitimate reasons, and
Cancel them, except when it could cause damage to the rights or legitimate interests of third parties or in the cases provided for by applicable law.

The natural persons related to your Company may exercise the rights mentioned in the previous paragraph, by means of a direct request to Hotel Punto MX through the email web@hotelespuntomx.com
The natural persons of your Company must provide the following information to enter the corresponding request:

Name, address and any other means to contact you.
Documents proving your identity or that of your legal representative.
Description of the Personal Data with respect to which you wish to exercise any right.
In the case of requests for rectification, you must indicate which Personal Data information you wish to correct, modify and/or update.
